at The Palace.
Cincinatti had 3 runs cross the plate in the 6th inning when they came up with
3 base hits. It was enough to earn the victory. The teams had been locked
in a scoreless duel until the 6th inning.
The victory went to Lee Meadows(12-15) who went 8 and 1/3 innings, allowing 1
run. Meadows got help from William Bell who was credited with his 19th save.
Ray Kremer(8-11) ended up with the loss.
