Jeff Fassero allowed Tom Austad to rest his bullpen, tossing a complete game
as the St Louis Park Orioles defeated the Sterling Silver Sluggers by the
score of 8 to 2 at St Louis Park.
St Louis Park took the lead for good in the 2nd inning plating an isolated run
utilizing 2 base hits. Ryan Klesko slapped a one-base hit. After an out was
recorded, Sammy Sosa stepped up to the plate and he drew a walk. Mark Lemke
then ripped a single scoring the run. St Louis Park had a total of 12 hits
for the game.
