TEAM RISP- Saints: 1 for 13 Red Pandas: 2 for 11
Alex Kellner(11-11) and Hank Borowy(15-8) dueled it out with Kellner and the
St Paul Saints coming out on top of the Providence Red Pandas by the score of
2 to 1.
Providence was unable to climb back into it after St Paul went ahead for good
in the top of the 2nd inning scoring one runner on 2 base hits. Both teams'
bats went to sleep after the 3rd inning with no runs scored after that point.
Tom Ferrick was credited with his 29th save. 'I was a little good, a little
bad and a little ugly.' said Kellner, 'I was just giving us a chance to win.'
