Mule Suttles went yard and had 2 RBI as the Hibbing Dylans defeated the
Mid-World Bumblers by a score of 8 to 6 at Rolling Thunder Park.
Mid-World fell behind quickly as the Hibbing offense came through in the first
inning when they scored 5 runs on 4 hits. The big moment was provided by Ken
Williams who made the Hibbing fans a happy lot when he lifted one out of the
park for a two run home run. Mid-World tried unsuccessfully to come back in
the 9th.
The victory went to Lil Stoner(8-9) who went 8 and 2/3 innings, allowing 6
runs. General Crowder got the save, his 14th. The losing pitcher was Yoyo
Diaz(8-7).
With this win, Hibbing has a 68-55 record. They have been 6-4 lately. With
