Tommy Thomas was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game as the Hibbing Dylans defeated the Michigan Timbers by the
score of 4 to 2 at Rolling Thunder Park.
Hibbing tallied 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd inning. The early run support
proved sufficient for Thomas(20-7) and Hibbing. That was all the run support
Thomas required. Hibbing finished with 7 hits in the victory.
Milt Gaston(7-9) ended up with the loss. He allowed 3 runs and 5 hits in 5
and 1/3 innings.
