defeated the Pinch Quicks by a score of 11 to 8 at The Coal Bowl.
The Pinch fans didn't appreciate the big day Formental had. He lofted a
three-run bomb in the 1st inning and doubled plating a run in the 5th inning.
The Pinch batters went down meekly in the bottom of the 9th.
Lou Brissie(8-5) went 6 innings allowing 4 runs for the victory. Monk Dubiel
got the save, his 1st. The losing pitcher was Schoolboy Griffith(10-9). He
