The Gallifrey Time Lords bested the Bristol Blasters by a 9 to 6 score at The
TARDIS.
Gallifrey tallied 5 runs in the bottom of the 4th inning when they came up
with 6 base hits. The key at-bat was by Jesse Douglas who thrilled the crowd
when he delivered a single bringing in two baserunners. Gallifrey managed 12
hits in their victory.
Lefty Lamarque(9-6) was the winner allowing 6 runs in 8 and 2/3 innings. Doyle
Lade recorded his 2nd save. Eddie Lopat(7-9) ended up with the loss. He was
touched for 8 hits and 2 walks in 3 and 2/3 innings.
Wth the win Gallifrey now has a record of 46-39. Bristol continued their
losing ways and their record is now 39-42. They are 2-8 in their last ten
