At The Palace the potent Hibbing Dylans outscored the Cincinnati Royalty 7 to

Hibbing won the game with a rally in the 8th inning scoring 2 runs on 2 base
hits. Lonnie Summers got things going when he drew a walk. Superman
Pennington stepped up to the plate and he doubled. After an out was
recorded, Stan Rojek then slapped a one-base hit scoring two teammates.
Hibbing finished with 10 hits in the victory.
The win went to Bob Rush(3-2) who allowed no runs in 3 innings. Lefty
Smith(8-5) was the loser. He allowed 9 hits and 4 walks in 7 and 2/3
