Clifford Carter was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game as the Michigan Timbers defeated the Gallifrey Time Lords by a
score of 6 to 2 at Royal Oaks Ballpark.
Michigan promptly took the lead in their half of the first scoring 2 runners
on 3 hits. Michigan rapped out 14 hits for the afternoon.
The winning pitcher was Carter(7-6) who allowed 2 runs for the game. Charlie
Root(9-4) was the loser. He got hammered, allowing 11 hits and 3 walks in 6
