The winning pitcher was Dolly Cooper(11-0) who allowed 3 runs in 8 innings.
Willie Gisentaner(5-3) was charged with the loss. No one has been able to
stop Denver lately as they lengthened their winning streak to 6 games. 'We've
really come alive lately,' Wayne Stanko said. 'We won some tough games and I
feel real good about this ballclub right now, and hopefully we'll continue
the roll we're on.'
