The Bristol Blasters nipped the The Little Feat in 10 innings 9 to 8 at
Blaster Field in a hard fought contest.

The game was deadlocked at 8 after nine full innings.  Bristol came out on top
in the 10th inning.  After two were out Frog Redus delivered a one-base hit.
Redus stole second with some aggressive base running.  Rogers Hornsby then
was walked intentionally.  Joe Harris stepped in and he doubled making
Bristol the victor and beginning a joyous home town celebration.  Bristol had
15 hits for the afternoon while The Little had 10.  

Walter Johnson(1-1) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 2/3 of an
inning. Jake Miller(3-4) was charged with the loss in relief.  Wth the win
Bristol now has a record of 24-47.  With this loss, The Little has a 5-5
record of late, 28-43 overall.
