In a thriller the Galifrey Time Lords staged a dramatic comeback then held on
to win over the Bristol Blasters by a score of 6 to 4 at Fenway
Park.

Galifrey erupted with the game winning runs in the 9th inning with 3 runs
utilizing 4 base hits.  Sherm Lollar started the inning off right when he
ripped a one-base hit.  Ruben Amaro was next and he laced a base-hit.  Willie
Tasby then lined a single plating a run.  Two outs later Julian Javier came
to bat and laced a one-base hit as two more runners crossed the plate.
Galifrey had a total of 8 hits for the game.  

The win was credited to John Buzhardt(5-3) who went 8 innings allowing 4 runs.
Art Fowler preserved the game for Buzhardt, recording his his 14th save.  Jim
Bunning(6-7) suffered the loss.  His ERA ballooned from 2.89 to 3.15 as he
allowed 6 runs in 9 innings.  

'Galifrey's manager was estatic following the game, 'You love stealing one on
the road like this.  We just kept plugging away until we pulled it out!'
