Lew Burdette pitched a complete game shutout as the The Little Feat defeated
the Minnesota Loons by a score of 7 to 0 at Memorial Stadium.

Burdette(5-2) pitched a solid game.  He went 9 innings allowing 11 hits and no
walks dropping his ERA from 3.88 to 3.30.  Minnesota had 11 hits in the game
while The Little had 8, but The Little had the more timely hits.  

The losing pitcher was Ray Sadecki(3-5).  He gave up 5 hits and 6 walks in 6
and 1/3 innings.
