Pittsburgh Bichipoos beat the Galifrey Time Lords 7 to 3.
In the top of the 5th inning Pittsburgh went on top for good scoring 2 runners
on 1 hit. The highlight belonged to Dick Stuart who quieted the home crowd
when he smashed a two-run homer. Pittsburgh had 13 hits overall, while
Galifrey had 9.
Earl Francis(1-1) allowed 3 runs in 8 innings, and picked up the victory. Dick
Lemay recorded the save, his 3rd. Don Mossi(1-3) absorbed the loss. He got
hit hard, allowing 9 hits and 5 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings.
