Jakie May went the distance as the Pittsburgh Bichipoos defeated the The
Little Feat 7 to 6 at Lowell George Park.

The Little never recovered after Pittsburgh took the lead in the 4th inning
with 3 runs on 2 base hits. Kiki Cuyler opened up the inning nicely when he
drew a walk. Danny Murtaugh then called for a steal which was successful.
Tubby Scales then drew a walk. Jud Wilson followed and he doubled scoring a
run. Steel Arm Davis came up to bat and ripped a base-hit adding another two
runs to their total. The Little threatened in the 9th but their rally came
up short.

The victory went to May(1-0) who went the distance allowing 6 runs. Corner
Pocket Yokely(1-1) was given the loss. He surrendered 7 runs and 6 hits in 7
innings.
